Our service to child carers


Interview

You will be interviewed in our office by our staff and after we have checked your references and other details we might put you forward to the available jobs.
Unfortunately we cannot forward everyone who will attend the interview, as sometimes we cannot get hold of referees or there have been other implications coming out on background check.

At the moment our rate regarding forwarded applicants have been around 10% We have a very straightforward system how we work when we put forward applicants to Families.

After successful background check and the interview we will match you up with the parents looking for a child carer.
We will always make sure we ask you first before forwarding you to any position, so you will never get any surprise calls from families.

Aftercare service

Your details are held by us as long as you want. Occasionally we might let you know of suitable position close to you or other services like seminars what we held to child carers.

In any disputes we are always reachable. We are registered with Information Commissioner's Office and follow Data Protection Act, making sure your personal date will be in safe hands.
